Straight answers
Is this an MLM?
No — and it's built so it can't become one. Nobody earns anything for recruiting; rewards come only from assessments actually delivered to students. Cash commission exists only on your own referrals. The network is capped at three levels in the database itself. It's a franchise-style distribution system, like any product wholesaler.
Who sees my students' reports?
The student's family sees the full report. On your dashboard you see each student's result level for the IQ Assessment and the 21st Century Life Skills Assessment; Ideal Career Test™ results do not show there yet. Nobody above you — no distributor, no other psychometric partner — can see your students' reports; this is enforced on our servers.
What if a code goes unused?
Codes are valid one year. You can revoke an unclaimed code anytime — it returns to your stock instantly. Expired codes return to your stock automatically.
Can I put the assessments on my own website?
Yes — one line of code, works on every website builder including Wix, on every browser. Your header and branding stay around the assessments, and your logo appears on your assessment pages.
How and when am I paid for sales from my link?
Monthly, by bank/UPI. Your dashboard shows every sale, your 20% on each, the running amount owed, and every payout we've made — nothing is hidden.
Can my centre have multiple counsellors under it?
Yes — schools, coaching and learning centres and distributors can invite psychometric partners under them and earn a rebate in codes on the assessments their network delivers.
Do I need training to read the reports?
Not to start: every report explains each score in plain words and has a page for the counsellor, and your dashboard has short how-to videos in English and हिंदी.
